Sanad handles the vast majority of roadside situations on-site. Jobs requiring workshop facilities — such as major engine rebuilds, full transmission overhauls, or body and paint work — are referred to trusted partner workshops. In these cases, Sanad can arrange towing to the appropriate facility.

How long does it take for Sanad to arrive?

Response time depends on your location within Qatar and current traffic conditions. Sanad dispatches the nearest available technician immediately upon your call. We aim to reach most locations across Doha and surrounding areas as quickly as possible. For outlying areas such as Al Khor, Dukhan, or Al Shamal, response times may be longer but Sanad covers the full breadth of Qatar.

What To Do in a Breakdown

What should I do if my car breaks down on a Qatar highway?

1. Stay calm. Do not brake suddenly — slow down gradually.
2. Turn on your hazard lights immediately.
3. Move to the hard shoulder or emergency stop area if possible.
4. Stay in your vehicle with your seatbelt fastened if on a fast road.
5. If you must exit, leave from the passenger (left) side away from traffic.
6. Place a warning triangle 50 metres behind the vehicle if safe to do so.
