- Flat tyre repair and tyre replacement
- Emergency fuel delivery
- Car lockout — locked out of your vehicle
- Car towing when the vehicle cannot be repaired on-site

What situations does roadside assistance NOT cover?

Response Times and Coverage
How long does it take for Sanad to arrive?
Response time depends on your location within Qatar and current traffic conditions. Sanad dispatches the nearest available technician immediately upon your call. We aim to reach most locations across Doha and surrounding areas as quickly as possible. For outlying areas such as Al Khor, Dukhan, or Al Shamal, response times may be longer but Sanad covers the full breadth of Qatar.
Does Sanad cover all of Qatar or just Doha?
Sanad covers 54+ areas across all of Qatar — not just Doha. Coverage includes Lusail and Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan, Al Khor, Mesaieed, Dukhan, Al Shamal, the Industrial Area, and all major residential and industrial zones.
Are you available during Eid and Qatar National Day?
Yes. Sanad operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — including Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Qatar National Day, and all other public holidays. Breakdowns do not respect holidays, and neither do we.

What To Do in a Breakdown
What should I do if my car breaks down on a Qatar highway?
- Stay calm. Do not brake suddenly — slow down gradually.
- Turn on your hazard lights immediately.
- Move to the hard shoulder or emergency stop area if possible.
- Stay in your vehicle with your seatbelt fastened if on a fast road.
- If you must exit, leave from the passenger (left) side away from traffic.
- Place a warning triangle 50 metres behind the vehicle if safe to do so.
- Call Sanad: 70090220
Can I call Sanad if I am unsure what is wrong with my car?
Absolutely. You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself. Describe the symptoms — what the car is doing, any warning lights, any sounds or smells — and Sanad dispatches a technician equipped to handle the most common breakdown causes. Our technicians carry diagnostic equipment to identify the exact fault on arrival.
